Dhaka Terrorist Attack leading to 20 Hostages now killed
According to a CNN news report armed terrorists are holding as many as 20 hostages at a cafe in a diplomatic zone of Bangladesh’s capital. A gunbattle with police left at least two senior police officers dead and 40 people were injured.
ISIS have claimed responsibility for the terror attack, according to Amaq News Agency, which is an ISIS media branch.
Police have been exchanging gun fire with the attackers and they threw explosives at officers, a source at the scene said.

Bangladesh police confirmed 20 people killed in the siege in Gulshan, Dhaka and 13 rescued by the Bangladesh army. Six attackers were also killed and one was arrested. Most of the people who were killed are foreigners but some Bangladeshis were also among the dead.
